Perflubron
全氟溴辛烷（C8BrF17），又名1-溴全氟辛烷、1-溴十七氟辛烷，熔點(diǎn)為6℃，沸點(diǎn)為142℃，為無色透明液體。全氟溴辛烷具有高密度、低粘度、低表面張力、不燃、無毒、高化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性、高電絕緣性等特性。全氟溴辛烷是目前醫(yī)用全氟碳化合物中較優(yōu)越的一種，由于分子中一個溴原子的存在，使其具有很高的親油性。它很容易用生物配伍性優(yōu)越的卵磷脂類乳劑來乳化，而且顯示出卓越的快速排泄特性。
Perflubron (C8BrF17) is a kind of colorless transparent liquid at normal temperature with melting point of 6 ℃, boiling point of 142 ℃. Perflubron is characterized by high density, low viscosity, low surface tension, noncombustible, nontoxic, high chemical stability and high electrical insulation. Perflubron is one of the superior perfluorocarbons for medicine at present. Due to the presence of a bromine atom in the molecule, it has a high lipophilicity. It is easy to be emulsified with the biological compatible lecithin emulsion, which makes it excreted rapidly.
